The Cottage
Built before 1350, the Tithe Barn is one of a handful of privately owned cottages in the very special village of Selworthy. With its imposing gable and fine stone window, it has plenty of original oak beams and a safely enclosed garden.
There are three bedrooms, the largest (with a double and single bed) measuring around 20 feet by 18. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has two singles. Linen and towels are provided.
There is a large kitchen/dining room, a sitting room, a bathroom and separate WC. There are two open fires and night storage heating.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and oven. There is also free wi-fi, a TV, DVD player and digital radio as well as plenty of books, cards and games for entertainment on a rainy day.
There is parking for two cars and a generous south-facing patio. You are welcome to bring your dog with you.
